Chelsea warmed up for the UEFA Champions League final with a 2-1 win over relegated Blackburn in the final game of their Premier League campaign.

John Terry and Raul Meireles, who are both suspended for next Saturday's showdown with Bayern Munich, got on the scoresheet within three minutes of each other in the opening game half to put the final nail in a miserable season for Rovers.
