Atletico Madrid won a resounding victory against Valencia CF (4-2) in the first leg of the semifinals of the Champions League thanks to a performance round the red and whites that passed over the 'patches', but granted a goal in the last minute it leaves the tie wide open and will be decided on lap at the Mestalla.

Despite being a Europa League semi-final, the only team that jumped into the lawn of Calderon with the necessary intensity and desire to do something big was Atletico Madrid.
