The Maritime isolated today provisionally in fourth place in Portuguese soccer league, beating Feirense at home by 2-1 in the opening game of 22. Matchday.

In Barreiros Stadium in Funchal, after Sami had given advantage island to the team (12 minutes), Feirense drew the edge of the range, thanks to an own goal from Robson (45 +2), but Fidelis gave the victory in the Maritime compensation period (90 +3).
