Malaga reached the second round of the Copa del Rey after a crazy game against Getafe (2-2), in which there were four goals, two expelled and alternatives.

Throughout the match both teams were ranked first Malaga after Van Nistelrooy's goal, then the trace Getafe after goals from Knight own goal and Mane, and finally Pellegrini box again thanks to a goal of Buonanotte, who put in the squad as a fault.
