Lyon were held to a scoreless draw in Tuesday's Champions League Group D game against Ajax at Stade Gerland. Both sides had a number of chances to net a winner, but Kenneth Vermeer and Hugo Lloris proved to be too much of an obstacle between the posts.

Lyon travel to Auxerre on Sunday as they come back in Ligue 1 action, while Ajax's next game is the Eredivisie match away versus NEC on November 27.
