Osasuna beat Athletic Bilbao in La Liga after a 2-1 win at the Estadio Reyno de Navarra.

The home team took an early advantage in fortunate circumstances as Ander Iturraspe put through his own net after 10 minutes.

Osasuna extended their lead in 20 minutes later thanks to Raul Garcia's header from Francisco Punal's inviting cross.

Fernando Llorente bagged his 14th goal of the season soon after half time to give Bilbao hope.
