Borussia Dortmund was on his way to a successful title defense no shame. 2-1 (1-0) on FSV Mainz 05 of the German football champions win was the eighth in the series. So he set a club record, and expanded his lead over second-placed FC Bayern Munich in a comfortable seven points.
