Trabzonspor lost the game in the first leg of their Europa League Round of 32 tie against PSV, going down 2-1 at the Huseyin Avni Aker Stadyumu.

The Eindhoven giants picked up an early advantage via Tim Matavz, before Ola Toivonen doubled their lead shortly after.

Olcan Adin then pegged one back for Trabzonspor, but they were unable to level the scoring in the remainder of the game.
