Further strikes from Joan Capdevilla and Michel Salgado made it 4-2. A quality strike from Tomas Rincon brought HSV back into it but some trademark step overs by Luis Figo extended the advantage back with two goals.
A late strike from Heung Min Son completed the scoring.
